Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:
Eligibility Requirements: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Customized or personalized products, perishable goods, and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team via email (baoluo001@outlook.com) or our online return portal, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Please securely package the item and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier within 7 days of approval.
Refund Timeline: After we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, and may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
Exceptions: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). In such cases, we will cover both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
